The Family Data sheet is a clean and simple document ready for you to help build your genealogy family tree information. I developed it when I began my genealogy research, I included items that I found useful. This family data sheet provides spaces for the parent or couple, as well as their parents, and room for 15 children and their spouses. You're welcome to modify the document to fit your needs but please do not resale.
This digital download includes two files: a PDF document and a Microsoft Word file which can be edited. You can simply print it out and write in the information by hand. Great use in any genealogy work. The PDF is set up to print 2 page at standard letter size, 8.5x11 inches. Print it on paper and add it to your family history binder, or include it in a notebook for genealogy research. Print additional pages as needed. Please check out our other genealogy forms.
